The Regulatory Policy Center focuses on government regulation of the economy and society. Its work falls into five major areas: The personal right to own and use property; intellectual property; problems of doing business in the digital age, with special attention to antitrust and telecommunications; the growing power and punitiveness of the Regulatory State; and environmental
protection. The center also provides editorial and speaking services to compatible private organizations.
